If your air conditioning coil is located more than 50 feet from your outside condenser, we will provide you with a “hard start kit” to help your air conditioner start-up and run more efficiently without having to overwork itself. The result will be fewer repairs and longer equipment life.
Water Heater Installation & Repairs

As a follow-up, we offer regular boiler checks including updating the pumps, installing programmable thermostats to save costs, and regular cleaning.
Ceiling Saver Kit
Protect your ceilings from leaks. Air conditioning systems located in an attic can pose risks to your ceiling. If the unit’s drain clogs as a result of built up humidity, condensation can overflow and cause ceiling leaks, a repair that can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars. American Weathermakers’ Ceiling Saver Kit includes a custom-fabricated pan with a separate drain line to protect your ceiling from these leaks.
