With rising utility costs, customers need to have all options presented to them. Our vision of a green system for HVAC is equipment that increases the comfort of our homes but at the same time decreases your energy usage monthly.
What makes this equipment different?
Furnace:

Motor- It has a variable speed motor that converts AC voltage to DC voltage. It uses the least amount of electricity to circulate the air in your home.

Venting- A high efficiency furnace uses PVC to vent the products of combustion through the side wall of your house instead of venting up your chimney. This is done by squeezing more heat out of the flue gas and sending less wasted heat up the chimney. Basically more of your heating dollar goes in your your home and not up your chimney.

2 stage- Furnaces that have multiple stages use only the heat needed to heat your house. A basic furnace has to be sized for the coldest day of the year. This condition only occurs 5% of the heating months.

Manufactures offer lifetime heat exchanger warranties on furnaces that vent through PVC. This adds to customers peace of mind because the heat exchanger is the heart of the furnace.
Heat Pump (working with furnace):

Combine the benefits of a high efficiency furnace with a air conditioner that can pull heat out of the outside air and you come up with a hybrid system.

A heat pumps' electrical consumption versus its heat output down to 45 degrees uses less energy than using your gas furnace in the same conditions.

The higher the seer (seasonal energy efficiency ratio) rating the less electricity it uses.

The thermostat than automatically switches between the heat pump and the furnace as the temperature changes outside.

The warranty on higher seer units typically have double the warranty of basic units. This also adds to customers peace of mind.
