Excessive rain combined with tree roots caused my mom's sewers to back up into her basement. American Weathermakers were quick to respond and had plumbers on-site first thing. Thinking that I would have to wait weeks before my normal furnace tune-up, I called AWI, and Marsha, a fantastic person, asked if they could do it sooner. 'Like today,' she said. I couldn't believe when the technician Alex, a great guy, called me a few minutes later to say he was nearby and could be there in minutes. Well, ok! Our water heater went out the day we got back from a long trip, and Weathermakers got someone over to our house really fast. Ceser was great! He explained what he was checking and how the heater is supposed to function. I chose to wait on replacing the part or the whole heater (it’s 13 yrs old), and he didn’t try to push me to do more right away. That means a lot to me, and since he took notes on the model and part, I know they will have that info available whenever I call back.
