Requested a service appointment at 8 a.m. the day before Thanksgiving and they were at the house at 2 p.m. Service tech was very nice and proved to be incredibly diligent. It took a while to troubleshoot the issue, but he looked at every possible reason for our heat not working. Ruled everything out but the actual issue and fixed it.
