Excessive rain combined with tree roots caused my mom's sewers to back up into her basement. American Weathermakers were quick to respond and had plumbers on-site first thing. Augie and Mike were very knowledgeable, explained the issues, recommended fixes, and provided fair estimates, with consideration that my mom was a senior citizen. They fixed all plumbing issues the same day. No need to wait. Equipment and parts were on their truck. All around good experience.

Thinking that I would have to wait weeks before my normal furnace tune-up, I called AWI, and Marsha, a fantastic person, asked if they could do it sooner. 'Like today,' she said. I couldn't believe when the technician Alex, a great guy, called me a few minutes later to say he was nearby and could be there in minutes. Well, ok! Our water heater went out the day we got back from a long trip, and Weathermakers got someone over to our house really fast. Ceser was great! He explained what he was checking and how the heater is supposed to function. I chose to wait on replacing the part or the whole heater (it’s 13 yrs old), and he didn’t try to push me to do more right away. That means a lot to me, and since he took notes on the model and part, I know they will have that info available whenever I call back.

We’ve used American Weathermakers for many years in our last three homes. We are members of the comfort club, so we have annual maintenance and cleaning on our furnace, AC, and hot water heater.
