Radiant Floor Heating
Radiant heating uses energy emitted from underneath the floor. With a larger surface heating space, a much lower temperature is required to achieve the same level of heat transfer, resulting in less energy use and lower costs. Radiant heating is helpful for residents with allergies because it doesn’t require circulated air.
There are various types of radiant floor heating, including under-floor, air-heated systems, hybrid solar-powered systems, electrical-based systems, and hydronic systems, which use circulating hot water. Your American Weathermakers representative can advise you on which system is right for your needs.
